Azell Francis
Azell Francis hails proudly from Trinidad and Tobago and is currently pursuing her PhD at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Georgia. Her research focuses on Energy and Sustainable Development with a regional focus on Latin America and the Caribbean, and a global specialization in Small Islands. She has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Science in Applied Engineering: Engineering Management.
